The ‘Holey’ Midi Dress

Midi. Midi. Midi. If you know me, then you will know that this is one of my favourite type of dresses.

I bought this dress last year, before the whole Self Portrait hype and have worn it a lot since. It is very comfortable and has that whole demure maiden feel to it! I wore it for an event recently and afterwards, a friend called me and said that she lovely that ‘holey’ dress I was wearing.

I paired it here with a black bag and mules. For some reason, I feel this is a very feminine grown up look.

On a side note, I have been craving having my hair short and hence have been wearing my hair up a lot. I love the simplicity of this hairstyle. I tie my hair up in a pony tail and then loop the pony through the gap between my hair and the band. Then I keep looping them in until all my hair have formed a chignon bun.
